Exchange & Return
In light of COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To protect our team from the ongoing uncertainty, there will strictly be no exchanges or refunds on all purchases, locally and internationally (unless of course, the pieces arrived broken/damaged). We recommend reaching out to our team prior to ordering should you have any questions or doubts.

EXCHANGE / RETURN
At Veintiséis, we do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products and that they arrive in pristine condition. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
We will accept returns for Store Credit if the product is returned to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. Returned piece(s) must also include original box, dust bags and original tags attached. If you are unable to return the original packaging or pouch or you would like to keep them, $5 will be deducted from your credits.
After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Pieces with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items are defined as items that have missing parts or broken clasp. As each piece of jewelry is unique in form and texture – color hues, tonal variations, should not be considered as defects.
If you would like to request an exchange or refund in store credit, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will assist you with a Return Process together with a return authorization number. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, with the exception of :
· earrings (e.g. ear studs, hoops, ear cuffs, etc) – please note that all earrings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons
· purchases made with store credits
· designs that were on sale – all sale purchases are final
· all non-jewelry products
· free gift with purchases
· gift box or packaging
· shipping boxes and shipping fees
There will be an email confirmation together with your credit voucher number when it has been completed. Store credits will be issued with a 60 days validity. All purchases made with credit vouchers are final sale, no further returns or exchanges can be made.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Veintiséis reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
