Not to worry, contact our friendly customer service at style@veintiseis.co and our team will assist to get your points credited.
· What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Email us your old and new email address and we will assist to merge your accounts into one.
· It's my birthday soon, sweet treats?
Of course my lady! You will receive a 15% discount coupon for your birthday. So remember to input your birthday in your Insider Account.
EARNING & REDEMPTION
· How do I earn points?
You will earn points when you sign up for an account, on your birthday, every dollar$ spent, when you refer your friends and more!
· How do I check my points?
Simply log into your account (click on "Insider Rewards" tab on bottom left of your screen) and you will see a popup to show how many points you current have, and what rewards there are.
· Am I able to see the transactions that took place thus far?
Yes, you are able to! Once you are in your account, hit the tab named My Rewards on the popup and voilà!

EXPIRATION
· Do points ever expire?
Inside Rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases made) – your points and rewards will all return to zero.
· When does birthday discount code expires?
Insider birthday discount of 15% will expire after 30 days.
· What about my redemption vouchers / coupons?
Redemption coupons will expire after a year.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Rewards redemption codes are valid for purchases on our e-store and in our physical store
· Insider Account is non-transferrable
· Offers and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
